First off, honey is renowned worldwide for being one of the healthiest food sources on the planet. In addition to strengthening the immune system, it also helps to boost and speed up the metabolism which helps to burn fat.
Cinnamon is also well known for its numerous health benefits. One such benefit, is that it stabilizes blood sugar levels and increases the metabolism. Since high blood sugar levels can lead to storage of fat this is excellent stuff.
Together, cinnamon and honey fight fungus, bad bacteria and other unwanted impostors.

2 tsp of organic honey
1 tsp of organic/non irradiated cinnamon
1 cup of filtered water
Instructions:
Put 1 tsp of cinnamon in a cup or bowl
Boil 1 cup of water and then pour the boiling water onto the cinnamon when heated
Let it sit for about 15 minutes or until it has cooled down because the boiling hot water will kill the ensymes in the honey
Add 2 tsp of honey
Drink first thing in the morning and before bed time for maximum results
