BREAKING NEWS: America Has Just Decriminalized ALL DRUGS!

History has been made!
HUGE NEWS FROM AMERICA. With the decriminalization of ALL DRUGS, all non-violent drug offenders will be released from prison, leaving plenty of space for the real criminals... This will in turn save billions on housing drug users that don't need to be locked away, but instead just need therapy, hope, and love. Locking people away for what they choose to put in their bodies is a crime against humanity. As long as you aren't harming someone else, I don't see why it's anyone else's business. Am I right? Not to mention the fact that the United States has the highest prison population in the world, even beating china with nearly 4 times the amount of people.

Something is clearly wrong, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. The prison system is a PRIVATE for profit system, not designed to rehabilitate, but to profit off desperate people. The way I see it, only violent criminals should be locked up for "rehabilitation" and even then they still need therapy. It's not natural to hate or be violent, it's clearly a lack of education, opportunity, and love.

But more back to the point of this story and that is, ALL DRUGS ARE NOW DECRIMINALIZED IN AMERICA!!! Just joking, APRIL FOOLS. Sorry to get your hopes up, but I'm sure by now you get the point of this article. Not only is it a clever way to get your attention to raise awareness, but it's also a tasteful April fools prank. Hopefully this article will be true one day soon, just like Portugal did and dramatically lowered their crime rate/ incarceration rate. All it takes is a simple look at how they run things, and even a few other cities around the world to see that locking people up for what they choose to do with their own bodies isn't helping anyone but a small handful of bankers and profiteers.

Many are against this whole idea because they feel like the world would get all chaotic and they couldn't continue their lives as normal, but the truth is much more simple. The people that want to do drugs are already doing them, and no law has or ever will stop them. I've never heard anyone say, "nah dude, I'm not going to do drugs, because they are illegal..." They usually choose to not do them because of the health implications or they don't enjoy them. Don't lie, we've all tried at least one illegal drug in our lifetime and you would be a liar if you denied it.

I say each to their own, decriminalize drugs and let people get on with their lives without the threat of imprisonment for exploring their minds. What a crazy time to be alive. The fluoride is obviously working on many of you, because no matter what is said or how many countries decriminalize drugs with extremely positive results, there will still be tons of people out there thinking it will bring Satan to Earth to feast on our souls. I prefer a more logical approach. I know that laws never stopped anyone from taking drugs, and I also know how many lives have been completely ruined for simply experimenting with their own minds.

We live in truly shameful days when a person is restricted from nature, especially cannabis, with it's thousands of uses and healing properties. I'm glad that at least medical cannabis is slowing making it's way towards full legalization. It does give me some hope for humanity. If you're one of the ones that pushed for it being legal I applaud your efforts and encourage you to continue to fight for what you believe in. We hope we haven't offended to many people with this misleading title, but if we're going to do it, today is most certainly the right day. Feel free to copy and paste this to your blog or website if you own one. It would be a great service to humanity to start walking down this path together.

Please don't forget to share this if you agree.
Thanks for reading.

Here's What Happened To The Man Who Treated Stage III COPD With Cannabis

Back in April of 2014, this author presented an article about how cannabis is very helpful for COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). The story of Jeff Waters, diagnosed with stage III COPD at the age of 36, was featured in that article. Some may wonder how he’s doing now.
First a quick review of what COPD is. It’s a strange name that describes different lung problems that aren’t cancerous but very debilitating. Those you see carting around oxygen tanks that feed into their nostrils have some form of COPD. And the prognosis from mainstream medicine is that it only gets worse. There’s no cure in sight from Big Pharma.
Yet all sorts of prescriptions are given to purportedly give some relief. Their side effects are what put Jeff into the hospital under life support at one time.
Jeff was on 15 pharmaceuticals including COPD drugs, high blood pressure meds and drugs for depression, anxiety, aggression, high cholesterol, insomnia and pain. Acute upper respiratory disease is a black box warning on some of them.
After spending 28 days in intensive care going in and out of a coma from a reaction to one of those drugs, Jeff decided to find a better way to handle his COPD than what the medical monopoly and Big Pharma offered.

Jeff’s discovery and latest developments

Though residing in a non-medical marijuana state, Jeff managed to get his hands on FECO (full-extract cannabis oil) made with full-spectrum cannabis that includes THC and uses grain alcohol as the solvent. He managed to get up to a half gram twice daily.
Soon, he was walking two to five miles daily without lugging an oxygen tank around. Prior to using cannabis, he couldn’t climb a flight of stairs. In addition to his walking exercise, he had begun improving his diet.
As time went on, his pharmaceuticals, oxygen tanks and oxygen concentrators went out. His weight went from 189 pounds on a slightly short frame to a more appropriate 142 pounds. His blood pressure went back to normal without using blood pressure pharmaceuticals.
Until recently, Jeff had to limit his activities according to his oxygen tank’s logistics and be assured that his COPD meds were nearby. Many COPD victims report how they have to take a break from whatever they’re doing to rest or use a nebulizer or inhale some stored oxygen.
Jeff proudly states, “Now my inhalers and nebulizers collect dust in storage and I sold my oxygen concentrator and I walk every day and occasionally jog. I no longer set limits on what exercise or anything else I can do!”
As with most COPD cases, Jeff couldn’t work and was on disability. He wanted to go back to work but had to be selective. Many work places do drug checks and don’t understand marijuana’s medicinal properties, especially in a non-medical marijuana state. He’s proud to report that he’s working full time now, in a local grocery store.

An even more effective cannabis technique

For COPD or cancer sufferers who may find taking THC cannabis daily like Jeff to be a bit hard to handle with the “high” side effect, there is the “back door” method of using cannabis suppositories or squirting a syringe of half cannabis oil and half coconut oil into the anus.
This works even better for lung issues than orally ingesting or vaping (vaporizer inhalation) cannabis and minimizes any psychotropic side effects. TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) is aware of the large intestine’s energetic lung connection, and ozone therapy uses rectal insufflation (absorption) for lung issues.

Cannabis Protects Against And Reverses Brain Damage

Suddenly former and current professional basketball and football players are now openly advocating for medical marijuana and/or cannabidoil to help players get through pain without opioid pain killers, relieve anxiety, and recover more quickly.

For NFL players, the issue focuses on concussions. An NFL spokesman has revealed that the NFL now acknowledges a “possible link” between football concussions and CTE, which until recently the NFL had stubbornly completely refuted.
CTE stands for chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a degenerative brain disease that boxers often experience. The issue of CTE has been tossed about in sports journalism circles after a few scientists had discovered CTE in brains from the cadavers of deceased NFL players donated by family members.
As the research progressed with brains donated by bereaved family members, 87 out of 91 were conclusively diagnosed as CTE. And their near to end of life stories followed similar patterns of losing their minds, sometimes going homeless, sometimes killing themselves and others.
This is what sparked the cannabis movement among NFL players. The NFL has made some effort at reducing CTE incidences by enforcing stricter policies regarding concussions. And the cannabis that’s promoted is from the plant, not a dangerous pharmaceutical formula such as the one that put someone in a coma during that drug’s trial.

True Example: Cannabis Heals Incurable Brain Damage

Twenty-two years ago, Debbie Wilson was struck down in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant by a pick-up truck. Upon impact, she was knocked to the ground head first and then the driver inadvertently backed up over her.
This accident was the beginning of her 22-year journey into unbearable darkness, despair and disability. Initially she struggled with common traumatic brain injury symptoms including forgetfulness, migraines, nightmares, time distortion, depression, paranoia, anxiety and balance problems.
Several years later, Debbie was diagnosed with epilepsy and suffered from seizures, PTSD, Alzheimer’s, chronic depression, anxiety and type 2 diabetes. A cocktail of pharmaceuticals proved ineffective and caused numerous deleterious side effects including damage to her intestines.
In 2010, Debbie was desperate enough to give cannabis a try, a last-ditch effort to find some relief. Within weeks of smoking weed, Debbie noticed a significant improvement in her symptoms.
Yet, it wasn’t until Debbie began to orally ingest a non-psychoactive cannabis medicine or “NeuroEnhancer” (22% CBD 1% THC oil) along with smoking a high THC strain for her epilepsy that she experienced the miraculous healing benefits of cannabis.
Debbie stated:
I know for a fact that I’m now accessing file drawers in my memory bank that were shut for more than 20 years. My story has not ended yet. I’ve been able to retire my seizure alert dog, my helmet, my diapers and over a dozen central nervous system depressants, pain relievers and antidepressants. So many areas of my body have been helped that it’s not even like I’m the same person.
Debbie’s complete story detailed here.

The Science is In

Researchers from Tel Aviv University in Israel recently published a cannabis study in the Journal of Neuroscience Research. Their findings indicate that low doses of cannabinoids, in particular ultra-low-dose tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), exerts a protective effect against cognitive deficits from brain inflammation.
A prior study from Brazil reported that cannabidiol (CBD) “could help ward off neuronal cell death in the face of neurodegradation,” according to Medical Jane online magazine. Previous research demonstrated that an “ultra-low dose of THC (0.002 mg/kg)” protects the brain against cognitive deficits from a variety of insults that would ordinarily cause brain inflammation.
The goal of the Israeli researchers, led by Miriam Fishbein-Kaminietsky, PhD, was to discover if low-dose THC could protect the brain from cognitive deficits after lab-induced brain inflammation. The researchers decided to do a lab study with mice that they injected with “10 mg/kg of lipopolysccharide (LPS),” which is known to cause brain inflammation.
Additionally, the mice were injected with “0.002 mg/kg of THC either 48 hours before LPS treatment or 1-7 days after LPS treatment.” The rationale behind this protocol was to determine whether the timing of the THC dose could protect the mice brains from induced brain inflammation. Three weeks after the injections, the mice were tested.
Fishbein-Kaminietsky said of the study’s results, “An ultra-low dose of THC that lacks any psychotropic activity protects the brain from neuroinflammation-induced cognitive damage.”
The study clearly demonstrated that, although LPS causes brain inflammation, which results in chronic cognitive debilitation, the introduction of THC either before or after injection with LPS prevented inflammation-induced cognitive deficits. In other words, THC acted as both a preventive as well as a remedy against brain inflammation.
The study suggests that minuscule doses of THC can prevent and heal cognitive deficits resulting from brain inflammation and other neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Good news for older patients who often fear the “high” associated with THC.
Okay NFL and NBA execs and owners, if you care about your highly paid athletes health, let them do cannabis healing and quit being so up tight about medical marijuana while getting them hooked “legally” on dangerous, addictive opioid pain killers.

Cannabis Dissolves Cancerous Tumor In Young Infant, Deemed A ‘Miracle Baby’ By Physician

Instead of opting for chemotherapy and radiation in an attempt to shrink an inoperable brain tumor, the father of an eight-month-old baby pushed for alternative treatment with cannabis oil. The baby’s physician, Dr. William Courtney, was initially skeptical early in his career about cannabis as medicine but has since seen such impressive results that he’s now a staunch advocate for its use.
“They were putting cannabinoid oil on the baby’s pacifier twice a day, increasing the dose… And within two months there was a dramatic reduction, enough that the pediatric oncologist allowed them to go ahead with not pursuing traditional therapy,” said Dr. Courtney in an interview with The Huffington Post.
At four months, the tumor was completely gone. And after eight months of treatment, the brain tissue was considered completely normal.
Dr. Courtney notes that the successful application of cannabis to heal means that “this child, because of that, is not going to have the long-term side effects that would come from a very high dose of chemotherapy or radiation… currently the child’s being called a miracle baby, and I would have to agree that this is the perfect response that we should be insisting is frontline therapy for all children before they launch off on all medications that have horrific long term side effects.”

A healing phenomenon

Cannabis has a wide range of reported therapeutic uses — from cancer to asthma, as well as from neurodegenerative diseases to autoimmune disorders. Several U.S. states have recognized the beneficial healing aspects of cannabis and have therefore made it available for medicinal purposes. On the other hand, two states, Washington and Colorado, have taken this a step further and legalized cannabis for recreational use.
Numerous studies support the incredible healing capacity of cannabis, especially regarding cancer. The National Cancer Institute alone has documented 25 studies on the exceptional power that cannabis possesses to halt the progression of cancer. In animal tests, two forms of liver cancer — hepatic adenoma tumors and hepatocellular carcinoma — decreased when cannabis was given. Benign tumors in other organs, such as the pancreas, testes, uterus and mammary and pituitary glands, were diminished as well. Several reviews also found that cannabinoids appear to encourage cancer cell death (apoptosis), while preserving normal cells. Moreover, cannabis induces programmed cell death in breast cancer cell lines and offers protection against both colorectal and lung cancer.
The list of benefits could seemingly go on forever. To learn more about the wonder of cannabis, have a look the below  comprehensive documentary by leading researchers and physicians in the field.

Hemp: Uses and Cures (Ghee and Herbal Extract Recipes Included!)

Hemp, Cannabis sativa, is one of the world’s oldest sources of food and medicine, with a history that dates back at least ten thousand years. It relieves glaucoma, epilepsy, migraines, insomnia, asthma, the nausea associated with AIDS and chemotherapy, and a host of other conditions. It was once a staple in every American medicine cabinet, but because hemp is the plant from which marijuana is derived, it has been made unavailable to consumers until recently. Now products made from imported hemp-seed are sold by stores and mail-order companies across the United States to satisfy a growing demand.

Why Hemp?

Let’s start out with the irrefutable qualities of hemp, and how resourceful and versatile this God-given plant is. Firstly, Hemp seed is not psychoactive and cannot be used as a drug. As a food, Hemp Seed is far more nutritious than soybean, contains more essential fatty acids than any other source, is second only to soybeans in complete protein (but is more digestible by humans), is high in B-vitamins, and is 35% dietary fiber. For our health, hemp has been proven to create miraculous results. Hemp can also be used to create textiles, building materials and hygiene products. The list goes on…..
A recommended read on the subject isHemp for Health: The Medicinal and Nutritional Uses of Cannabis Sativa“. Hemp for Health reveals the developments that have returned this ancient plant to the forefront of health and nutrition and that have doctors calling for its legalization.
The author provides everything from recipes using hemp-seed, and an analysis of cannabis’s therapeutic effect on the nervous system, to current information on bills that are currently moving through several state legislatures to legalize domestic hemp production.

There are Differences Between Cannabis and Hemp…

To break the stigma associated with marijuana, it is important to actually understand the difference between the two plants.
The two are related through the same genus of plant. While industrial-grade hemp is a rather helpful resource in the world, it lacks the stimulating power of the substance known as delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol, or for short, THC. It is this active chemical of THC that brings about the “high” associated with marijuana.
Hemp contains 1.5% of this substance, while marijuana possesses between 4 % and 20%. In Canada, the legal amount of THC used to create products cannot exceed 0.3%. Overall, the plants are rather close in details, but supply very different functions for many dissimilar reasons, which especially shows through in the physical makeup of the two plants.
Hemp is much stronger than the marijuana variety, meaning it holds the possibility to create a wealth of raw materials. Marijuana is actually quite delicate, eliminating it as a contender regarding serving a purpose to benefit mankind in a manner acceptable by law (with the exception of medicinal uses).
Farming practices also dictate the amount of THC produced by the plant. The unfertilized female species of cannabis sativa L contains the highest amount of THC, thus the male species is removed to prevent pollination, increasing it’s psychoactive properties dramatically. Reference

How to Make Tinctures And Herbal Extracts:

Herbs: Either fresh or dried finely chopped herbs can be used. Use of one pint of menstruum to two ounces of dried herbs, or about two handfuls of fresh.
Menstruums: There are three basic menstruums, or solvents used to extract the chemical compounds of herbs in tinctures, alcohol, glycerin, and vinegar. Alcohol is the most used because it can extract fats, resins, waxes, most alkaloids, and some of the volatile oils, as well as many other plant compounds. Water is also necessary to extract the water soluble plant chemicals. Using an 80 to 100 proof alcohol such as vodka, brandy and gin provides the alcohol-water ratio you need without having to add anything. If pure grain alcohol (190 proof) is used, water will have to be added. Don’t use city tap water that contains chlorine, use either distilled or pure spring water.
The important thing is to completely cover the herbs, leaving a couple of extra inches of liquid about the herbs to allow for swelling as the herbs absorb the liquid. Leave some headroom in the jar. If using vinegar, warm first before pouring it over the herbs.
Procedure for making an easy tincture:
  1. Chop herbs finely
  2. Place in a glass jar, labeled with the current date and name of the herb
  3. Add sufficient liquid menstruum to completely cover the herb
  4. Cap with a tight fitting lid, put the jar in a dark place at room temperature, and shake at least once daily.
  5. After 2 to 3 weeks, strain the contents through several layers of cheesecloth.
  6. Allow to settle overnight in a clean jar
  7. Restrain through a filter paper
  8. Store in a labeled, amber glass bottle away from light and heat.
The Chinese macerate herbs for months sometimes even years. For stronger tinctures a suggested time can be 4 to 6 weeks. The duration depends on the mixture and on your patience, in time you will develop your own style. I use a kitchen cupboard that I open on a regular basis, so I don’t forget the shake the bottle. Tinctures will keep for 6 months. The standard dose is one tablespoon in a wineglass of water once or twice a day.
Liniments are made exactly the same as herbal tinctures, except they are meant for external use. Make sure and label your liniments “FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY” , when using a solvent that is inedible such as rubbing alcohol.
Using vinegar to tincture herbs. Alcohol has mostly displaced vinegar as a menstruum for making liquid herbal extracts, as it is far more efficient in extracting and preserving the medicinal properties of herbs. Vinegar is however passable solvent and useful in cases where you wish to avoid alcohol. When used in conjunction with alcohol, vinegar can sometimes assist in the extraction of alkaloid (base) substances from herbs. Such an extract containing both vinegar and alcohol is known as an acetous tincture.

Someone Figured Out How To Train Bees To Make Honey From Marijuana

(CCN) Many are calling him a genius. The man is an artisan, locksmith and above all else, he explains, he is a beekeeper. He has over 4300 Facebook followers and 700 on Instagram after the 39-year-old Frenchman, who describes himself as an advocate of medical cannabis and of complete cannabis legalization, trained bees to make honey from cannabis.
He goes by the nickname of Nicolas Trainerbees, for obvious reasons. For 20 years, he has worked with bees in a way where he claims he is able to “train” them to make honey from virtually anything.
“I have trained bees to do several things, such as collect sugar from fruits, instead of using flowers,” he explains.
Nicholas says he has “been passionate about nature since childhood,” which led him to this profession that mixes his love for plant life with his love for animals – especially insects.
Nicholas calls the cannabis-honey produced by the bees “cannahoney” from “a training technique whereby the bees collect the resin and use it in the beehive.”
The final substance, he explains, is the sole work of the bees. “For some time I had known about the health benefits of bee products such as honey, propolis, pollen, wax and royal jelly and also about the benefits of cannabis,” and so he decided to take notice of the requests, he explains.
Add to that the fact that “everything that passes through the body of a bee is improved,” he said, since their enzymes make the nectar turn into honey.
“So if the bee took the resin from cannabis it would also be very beneficial.” “The aim arose for me to get the bees to obtain this resin,” he added. The “cannahoney” has “quite a floral” aroma and a color, he explains. It “is not smoked, it is ingested and it is good for health,” he adds. Nicolas says that “the bees accept any strain.”
So do the bees get high off of the cannabis they make the honey from?
“The bees that produce the cannahoney are not affected by cannabinoids because they do not have an endocannabinoid system,” he says. It’s just another form of food for them.
Watch the bees in action in the video below…

Group Of Nuns Are Growing And Selling Marijuana Illegally, Making $400,000 Annually

Sister Kate and Sister Darcy are on a mission to share the healing benefits of cannabis with the world – that is if their business doesn’t get shut down first.

Reports Reuters, the non-religious – but spiritual – sisters have been growing and selling marijuana for medicinal purposes in Merced, California (where it is legal) for three years now. Unfortunately, their business is in jeopardy since Merced City Council issued a temporary ban on marijuana cultivation after a 6-0 vote on January 4, 2016.
Reportedly, the change is an effect of a “drafting error” in California’s revision to its medicinal marijuana law. While medical marijuana was legalized in the state nearly twenty years ago, a loophole in the Medical Marijuana Regulation and Safety Act, which passed in October 2015, is giving dozens of municipalities in CA the opportunity to ban various aspects of cannabis cultivation.
Due to this, the sisters are, understandably, frustrated by the public’s resistance to allow an acknowledged cure for cancer.
“It’s frustrating to me because there are all of these people with negative attitudes about something that is truly God’s gift,” Sister Darcey told ABC News.
The nuns’ business, Sisters of the Valley, sells high-quality medicinal salves, tonics, and tinctures on Etsy. Their products, which are independently certified as organic, are high in CBD, or cannabidiol, a cannabis compound that has been shown to have significant medical benefits, and low in THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, the better-known cannabis compound with psychoactive properties.
According to Sister Kate, the medicines they produce are based on “ancient ritual,” which involves turning their cannabis tinctures every morning and night, only bottling tinctures during a full moon and saying a healing prayer over every bottle and jar before it’s sold, reports EcoWatch.
“We make CBD oil, which takes away seizures and a million other things,” Sister Kate told ABC News. “It’s very high in demand from cancer patients right now. And we make a salve that’s a multi-purpose salve, but we found out it cures migraines, hangovers, earaches, tooth aches and diaper rash.”
Their Etsy sites shares that the salve is made from cannabis trim, coconut oil, vitamin E, lavender oil, calendula oil, and beeswax.
The medicines don’t come cheap, however. Two fluid ounces (400mg) of CBD oil made by the moon’s cycles and used for pain relief, costs patients $85.15, not including shipping, through their Etsy page.
Regardless, they hope to continue healing the sick with ‘God’s Medicine’ legally, therefore, are petitioning to stop the ban.
“Embrace, regulate, and tax, that’s all we want them to do,” said Sister Kate.
The future of the business remains uncertain as Mercer City Council meets this week to consider banning all marijuana growing in the area. The council must now decide if they wish to follow these recommendations, go with a total ban, or adopt something in between.
However, the point may soon be moot. According to Merced City councilman Kevin Blake, recreational marijuana is expected to be on the state ballot in November.
He told the Merced Sun-Star: “I give it a year or two and this may all be irrelevant” in regards to the local debate on the allowance of medical marijuana.
