Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey: Natural Combination that Treats Many Diseases






Garlic is well known for its many healthy benefits. It helps to reduce blood pressure, improve cholesterol and functioning of the heart amongst other things. Honey is a food famous because it can last forever and it helps to improve memory, sleep and fight unwanted bacteria amongst other things. And apple cider vinegar likewise, kills unwanted bacteria, lowers blood sugar levels, and is good for your heart.

However, when these three ingredients are combined together, the benefits become stronger and more powerful.

Ingredients (fresh, natural and organic is always best):

  • 1 cup organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup honey, organic and unpasteurized
  • 12 fresh garlic cloves
Blend all the ingredients together for 1-2 minutes or until they look to be well mixed then store in the fridge.

* It is recommended to consume within 5 days if possible, first thing in the morning is an excellent time. It can used after a 5 day period but its potency will not be the same.
