Scientists Have Just Told Women To STOP Wearing Bras. Here’s Why.

October 13th is National No Bra Day, a day when women are encouraged to NOT wear their bra. Perhaps those who invented the day, in order to promote breast cancer awareness and help raise money for research, knew they could better attract attention by asking women to ditch their brassiere. But, who knew that not wearing a bra could actually be better for our breasts?
bad
Bras are intended to keep women “in place” and if you’re an active woman with large breasts, this can be a good thing. It’s hard to move around when every move that you make is emphasized by your breasts’ corresponding movements. However, according to sport science researcher Jean-Denis Rouillion, a professor at the University of Franche-Comte in the town of Besancon- and his 15 year study of the effect of bras on 330 women between the ages of 18-35 years- wearing a bra from early age did nothing to support the chest, reduce back pain or prevent premature sagging.“Medically, physiologically, anatomically, breasts gain no benefit from being denied gravity. On the contrary, they get saggier with a bra.” Oh no!
Researchers now believe that we lack the ability to develop supportive breast tissue when we wear a bra and that without one we would gain more tone to support our breasts. The women who stopped wearing bras during this study had a 7-millimeter lift in their nipples when compared to a regular bra user. Yay! It seems that we do have some control over the way our breasts look over time. They claim that bras could also hamper circulation and reduce the overall tone of our breasts.
“For younger women, not wearing a bra will lead to increased collagen production and elasticity, which improves lift in a developing breast,” said Dr. Stafford Broumand.
However, women wear bras for other reasons besides just for reducing the sagging of their breasts. They are mostly worn to keep our breasts from moving around.  Society views bras as an important article of clothing however, it appears that this is to our detriment and that maybe we should just reconsider burning them!
Again, see the links on how some believe bras cause breast cancer. No wonder there has been such a huge leap in the last 1oo  years and in a few years CNN explains studies that predict 1 in 2 women will great breast cancer.

Natural Way of Preventing Sagging Breasts

This is (maybe) one of the most annoying problems a woman can have when it comes to the physical look.
Sagging breasts. Most of us don’t want to admit it, but we are really scared of what could happen to our breasts.
A small group of women are taking care of it. The others don’t know what to do. I understand them. That’s why I decided to do some research about this.
We can often notice changes in our breasts. It feels like every time you wake up there is something different going on with them.
Sagging breasts will come. Some will see them early and some later when they get older.
That’s mainly because our breasts are made up of fat. It’s too hard to strengthen them up.
However, there are some tricks and natural solutions to help prevent sagging breasts.
Before we get down to the preventing measures, let’s see what’s causing sagging breasts.
  •      Hormonal changes
  •      Weight Gain
  •      Weight loss
  •      Hot baths
  •      Prolonged sunbathing
  •      Carrying heavy loads
  •      Violent sports
  •      Tight bras
  •      Overexposure to the sun
  •      Smoking
Yes, smoking indeed. Scientists have found that smoking is also a risk factor. The woman who smokes one pack a day speeds up the process.
The nicotine constricts the blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to the skin. When your skin is not getting these crucial elements, it loses its tone and elasticity.

Now you know. I can sense your question right now.
What I need to do to prevent this from happening?
The first thing you need to do is facing its power. Don’t be afraid to include calcium, vitamin C and protein rich foods. These elements support the tightening of the ligaments and prevent sagging.
Do sports. Get fit with various exercises. There are pectoral muscles under the breasts. Make them stronger. Swimming is fun and helps the chest area.
Massages with ice cubes and olive oil. Your breasts need something cold.
Massaging them in a circular motion with ice cubes will help your breasts regain their tissue firmness. After that, wear a well-fitted bra and lay down for about 20 minutes.
Your breasts will become firmer after a couple of olive oil massages. Olive oil is rich with antioxidants and by entering through the skin it neutralizes the free radicals.
Massage for 15 minutes with olive oil and you will start stimulating blood flow and cell repair.
Last but not least, do what you do best. Stay healthy, stand still, correct your posture, drink water, don’t tend to lose weight drastically and start jogging without a standard bra. (use special running bra, similar to the image below)
