Donald Trump’s running for president and actually doing well in the polls has surprised many – but The Simpsons, some would say predicted it 15 years ago. This isn't the first time this cartoon has predicted the future either. The cartoon foretold Trump's presidency in a surreal episode where Bart goes into the future and found the United States brought to its knees by financial mismanagement and a crime wave ushered in by Donald. The episode is called: "Bart to the Future" from March 2000.
