Here are some very effective ways to naturally improve the health of your gums: 

1. Turmeric – Turmeric is one of the most powerful ingredients in the world and has a long list of health benefits, from fighting cancer to alleviating inflammation and more.

In relation to improving gum health, make a paste by mixing a teaspoon of non irradiated turmeric powder with raw honey. Apply the paste onto your teeth and gums. Leave it on for about 3 minutes and then rinse your mouth with warm water. Do this every night before bed 




2. Tea tree oil  – Tea tree has long been used for unwanted skin conditions and it just so happens that it is effective at treating gum disease too.

As an effective antiseptic, tea tree oil, or melaleuca oil, significantly helps to rid us of gum disease.

Apply it directly to the gums. This will reduce the swelling and will also heal the gum while killing the disease. Add a little bit of salt to some freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix it until you get a paste. Apply it to your toothbrush and then brush your teeth and rinse. 

3.Coconut oil – Coconut oil is another miracle ingredient for so many reasons, including improving cholesterol, heart health, and even fighting off cancer.

The ingredient that helps to kill cancer, the linoleic acid, also protects our gums from gingivitis. You just need to apply coconut oil onto your gums which can be done night or day, whichever your preference. 

4. Garlic oil – Garlic is another super food that helps with heart health, blood pressure and can even fight the common cold, among other things.

Just apply some garlic oil onto your gums (you may feel a bit of a tingling sensation) and leave it on for a several minutes. Rinse when complete.

5. Aloe Vera – Aloe Vera has a long list of health benefits, such as strengthening the immune system, detoxification, helps with cholesterol and also improves skin.

Aloe Vera is incredibly effective at helping to treat bleeding and swollen gums. Apply the gel onto your gums and leave it on for several minutes.. 

6. Baking soda – A potent cancer killer, baking soda is an excellent remedy for gum disease.

Create a paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of baking soda with a little of filtered water. With your fingers apply this paste onto your gums. The results should prove to be exceptional.
