Brew Your Own Ale For Pain

Ginger Ale Recipe


Ingredients:

  •     2 cups of peeled and chopped raw ginger

  •     4 cups of filtered water
  •     Some sparkling filtered water
  •     2 juiced limes 

Directions:

  • Pour the 4 glasses of water into a cooking pot and bring to a boiling point.
  • Add the ginger to the pot and reduce the heat to low and let the ginger soak in the water for about 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from the oven top and remove the ginger without removing the liquid.

The ginger ale is ready to be served now. Simply add 1 part of ginger water with 3 parts of sparkling filtered water. If you would like to improve the sweet taste, simply add some raw honey or lime.
