How To Make A ”Zero-Carb” Bread By Using 4 Ingredients



Do you loooove bread? Yeah, me too and I would like to try this no-carb bread


The ideal food for me, is something that tastes delicious, is easy to prepare and healthy for you. Of course, most of us don't even believe that such foods exist, but they actually do. All that's required is we educate ourselves about them and then give them a try.

Lucky for you, we here at VAN do all the hard work of researching for you, all you have to do is read, absorb the knowledge and then apply it.

Today, we are going to be sharing an incredible recipe for bread, but not just any bread; A ZERO CARB healthy bread using JUST 4 ingredients!

Think it's impossible? By all means, please read on.

Ingredients (Organic/Raw is always best):

  • Free Range Eggs
  • Cream Cheese
  • Cream of Tartar
  • Baking Powder
  • Honey (not essential only if you want some extra sweetness)


Instructions:





  • Separate the egg yolks and whites of 3 eggs.
  • Mix the yolks with the cream cheese (3 tablespoons) and a teaspoon of raw honey in a bowl until smooth
  • Take a separate bowl and add ¼ teaspoon of the tartar (or baking powder) and beat them with the egg whites until you get a nice mixture
  • Fold the yolk mixture into the egg white mixture and mix them well together
  • Grease two cookie sheets and use a spoon to evenly scoop the mixture into circles of the pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
  • Read to eat!
