Calming Magnesium Butter



This calming magnesium body butter combines the healing benefits of coconut oil, organic cocoa butter and essential oils with topical magnesium oil.


Stress, the arch enemy of the human race. When we feel it, we almost automatically seek out bad foods and liquids, such as alcohol, chocolates with unnecessary additives and junk food. But these temporary escapes only provide us with a short term solution and when the stress comes back it feels even stronger than before!

Calming Magnesium Body Butter


Recipe For Calming Magnesium Body Butter


This recipe makes approximately 1 cup of magnesium body butter.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Magnesium Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Liquid Carrier Oil
  • 15 Drops of Essential Oils (Lavender, Cederwood, Frankincense, etc.)

Directions

  1. Melt the coconut oil and cocoa butter.
  2. Once both oils are melted, add liquid carrier oil and magnesium oil.
  3. Stir the oils together and then allow them to cool.
  4. Once the oils are cooled down, and hard, whip them into butter.
  5. Add essential oils and continue to whip until the butter is fluffy.
  6. Finally, store the body butter in an air tight container.
  7. Will be good for 6 months use.
