The incredible compound in question, is called oleocanthal, and is prevalent in extra virgin olive oil. It killed up to 95% of human breast cancer cells in vitro in this remarkable groundbreaking study. The natural compound actually killed the cancer cells by attacking their lysosomes, which are important cellular organs they need for survival.
