Lemon-Turmeric Tea
You’ll need:
1 to 1 ½ cups of boiling water
Juice of ½ freshly squeezed lemon
¼ teaspoon of turmeric
Pinch of red chili powder or cayenne
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon of raw organic honey
Directions: Just mix all of these ingredients thoroughly in a mug until the spices and honey are dissolved.
