Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg of carrot
- 3-4 spoons of honey
Preparation:
First you need clean the carrots, then the carrots needs to be cut into pieces and submerged in water. Boil it up to soften the carrots. When the carrots are in boiling water, mash them with fork or blend them. Keep the boiling water to reuse (when it get colder); add the honey and mix it with mashed carrot. Keep it in the glass of water, in a cold room or fridge.
You need to take 3-4 spoons of this mixture everyday and after 1-2 days it
will help you get rid of your cough, and it will help remove phlegm for your lungs.
