Marijuana is becoming increasingly, publicly accepted on the back of research showing THC and CBD, two chemicals found in the planet, are cancer eradicating and have another huge list of health benefits. “Once people realize that marijuana is actually safer than alcohol, they tend to agree that adults should not be punished just for consuming it.”
Some gets you high, some doesn't, but it all seems to be good for you in moderated doses. It has some side effects; fatigue being one, but the healing properties are immense.

Indeed, only 35% of the people polled that were over 65 wanted to legalize marijuana, but that number keeps dwindling as younger people that support legalization take their place.
Of the rest of the people polled, 71 % of the 18-34 years olds, 64% of those 35-49 and 58% of those 50-64. Big numbers compared to last decade. As the trend continues, humans take a step towards freeing people, ignorantly imprisoned for a poor prohibition. There were roughly 700,000 people arrested last year for marijuana related crimes. It is costly and hinders the economy and morale of the population. Changing this law will free people up to be creative to solve the issues we are facing.
