Amy’s Organic Drive-Thru restaurant opened in Rohnert Park, California, featuring an all-vegeterian menu is packed with delicious options ranging from a veggie burger to pizza or even organic mac and chess.
Amy's has been packed since it opened, with long lines which suggests this concept is only going to grow. “Five days in and they can barely keep up with demand,” reported ABC-7 news.
Manager Paul Schiefer though is not deterred and welcomes the challenge, stating that "so many (have) showed up and it’s given us a lot of hope that this is a concept that works."
Amy’s is an independently owned organic food company who pays their workers a living wage and offers health benefits too.
